Grace is the Integrated Care Program Manager for the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities and Project Director for the Youth Access to Psychiatry Program. She has over 20 years of experience in health and human services at the Department of Public Health, Department of Alcohol and Drug Abuse, and Virginia Board for People with Disabilities. She holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the Medical University of South Carolina, a master’s in public administration from the University of South Carolina and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
