Receive up to 26 CME & MOC Part 4 Credit for Consulting with YAP-P
The Youth Access to Psychiatry Program (YAP-P) Quality Improvement (QI) Activity uses the framework of a Quality Improvement activity where providers engage in consultations with specialists in child psychiatry and assess competency following consultation. You are eligible to receive credit for this activity if you are:
Nurse Practitioners
Physicians
Physician Assistants

This activity allows you to decide how many credits you work toward within a 6-12 month time period. See below for instructions on how to get started earning credits today.
To start the activity, complete the Professional Fulfillment Index (PFI): The PFI is a brief 16-item instrument developed to assess burnout and fulfillment in physicians. This will makeyou eligible for up to .5 CME credits.
For CME Credit
Required: 3 Individual Consultations to be eligible for any CME
CME Awarded: up to 3 Credits

Optional Activities for Additional CME
Individual Consultations: up to 1 CME credit for up to 7 additional consultations.
Cycles of Consultations: Consisting of an initial and follow up consultation regarding the same case with documentation in the QI form. Up to 3 CME credits for each cycle, for up to 5 cycles.
2nd PFI administration: done 6-12months after initial, up to .5 CME credit.
For MOC Part 4 Credit
Minimum Requirement:
- 3 Individual Consultations
- 2 Cycles of Consultations with documentation
- Concluding PFI administration

Yes, if you complete the professional fulfillment index BEFORE your consultation.
No, we cannot give credit for past consultations with YAP-P. To receive credit, you must officially start the activity by completing the professional fulfilment index.
No, the minimum requirement for receiving credit is completion of the PFI, followed by completion of three consultations. This will make you eligible for receiving up to 3.5 CME credits.
